Why get back to cooking?

I have loved food all my life so I decided to go to culinary school when I was 19. I’ve worked in kitchens in Mexico, Germany, France and Austria. I worked in a three Michelin starred restaurant and I was head chef in several restaurants in Munich as well as private chef for the wealthiest family in Austria - every August for seven years.

I also opened my own catering company and gave it my all for six years until finally… it failed. Hard. So I stopped cooking.

I went back to school, got a degree and transitioned to a career in sales and marketing over the last 4 years.

But I never stopped loving food! And I’ve come to realise that there are many ways to make food a part of my life. This is just the first step for me to get back to cooking.
